While we maintain a <strong>no cancellation, no refund policy&#xA0;</strong>to ensure the freshness and quality of our meals, we also understand that sometimes, life happens.</p><p><br></p><p>If you find yourself needing to pause or adjust your delivery days, our Customer Support Team is always ready to assist you. We aim to make every aspect of your Nuthera experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. (see section on MEALS AND SUBSCRIPTION).&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><p>In special circumstances, we do consider refund requests for unconsumed subscriptions. These requests are subject to approval, as we reserve the right to either grant or refuse them based on our discretion. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please inform us at least 3 days or 36 hours prior to the start of the period you wish to be refunded for.</p><p><br></p><p>In the case of approved refunds, please note that any fees incurred by Nuthera during payment processing will be deducted from the total refund amount. This includes, but is not limited to, payment gateway and bank processing fees.</p><p><br></p><p>We understand the value of promotional rates, but in refund scenarios, these discounted rates will be forfeited, and the original package rate will be the basis for any calculations.</p><p><br></p><p>Our monthly packages are designed for complete consumption, but we offer flexibility in how we handle partially consumed subscriptions. If you&apos;ve consumed less than a month of your subscription, the refund will be calculated based on the 1-Week Rate. For subscriptions consumed beyond a month but less than three, the 1-Month Rate will be applied. In both cases, the usual deductions for payment processing fees will still apply.</p><p><br></p><p>At Nuthera, we&apos;re committed to not just meeting, but anticipating your needs, ensuring every step of your journey with us is as nourishing and fulfilling as our meals.</p>
